Not see difference between [setValue] and [oneByOne] in sendKeyStrategy

Hi, I tired both Appium 1.6.3 and 1.6.4-beta. No matter I set sendKeyStrategy to [setValue] or [oneByOne], it looks like just type in the value real quick one by one.

So I’m curious is anybody see the same issue? thanks!
