Run appium tests parallelly

Has anyone successfully run test scripts parallel in two or more Android devices? Support

Can open multiple driver instance with some delay for parallel execution. If all parallel instance are opening simultaneously I am getting ECONNRESET error. So passed one parameter from TestNG xml to wait for 5-10 seconds. It is working file for me
