Test audio and video quality

Is there a way to test video or audio quality from an app using Appium or any other tool that can be integrated with it?

With appium you can record screen in high quality or/and audio.
To test content of video/audio Appium will not help.

Yea, I’m testing an app that has video and audio calls between two users and I’m struggling to find a way to automated the tests for these features. If there’s another tool that can be used along with Appium it would help me a lot.
