The inspector controls are not performed on the simulator

Hi, I have the latest version of appium. I configure appium for ios, I open the inspector. If I click something on the simulator and I refresh then the inspector is updated, but if I click on a button, the simulator does not update. You know you help me?

I solved going back to version 1.4.13, with the next version will not work. I use El Capitan
