Unable find elements by Xpath in the latest version of Appium [ v1.12.1]

Hey guys,
I hope everything is good

Actually, yesterday I upgraded Appium server to Appium v1.12.1
In this case, when I tried to run my script always I got an error to find the element
this script was working fine with me.

I need help here
