Unable to launch the driver via programatically in AppiumForWindows_1_4_16_1

Today I have updated to AppiumForWindows_1_4_16_1 but unable to launch the driver via programatically. Server started successfully but driver not launched…

Any one faced this issue?

I can run the same code and working successfully in AppiumForWindows_1_4_13_1
