for add and comment you have to scroll down to the element and then perform action.

Sorry to say but using xpath shared to you not able to find element for add review comment. Its scrolling but not able to find it.

Also show warning when i click on any button “XPath locators is not recommended and can lead to fregile tests. Ask your development team to provide unique accessability locators instead!”
