Unable to play video

Hi,

We are experiencing a similar issue where we can click on a video and it starts but then it immediately stops.
Our testing is being done from scripts in selenium python but on devices in Browserstack and is only an issue when testing on the IOS devices.
We can get the videos to work when manually testing on IOS devices and when testing through Android devices.

yes, i checked the video recording. However, when the test interacts with the element. the video area is shown and it remain stuck. i am attaching the recording here.

This is pure Browserstack implementation. You need ask at their forum for support.
