When i run the code in pycharm i get first match always match capabilities 404 error

Hi Appium Forum Members, Please help me in following error:
My system config :

1. when i run the below code in pycharm:

2. I get Error in pycharm console as:

   3.In appium server i get the following error:
   
   
3. i have appium doctor installed which does not show any issue:
   
   

appium inspector is also able to connect with the device

but pycharm is not connecting with the device i’ve tried with latest and older version of appium-python-client like 4.0 etc still issue is not getting resolved. how to write my desired capabilities as same code is running fine in my another laptop having windows 11.
