Which Appium version should I install if I want to let Appium work with the Tapster robot?

I have bought Tapster robot. Now, I want to use the Tapster to tap/swipe the mobile screen. I have the following questions.

  1. Which Appium software version should I install?
  2. Where can I get this correct version of Appium software?
  3. I want to use it test both iOS and Android mobile, which operating system is required?

I’m very interested in what you are doing. I haven’t tried this, but I think I have some answers to your questions:

  1. The latest
  2. https://github.com/appium/appium
  3. OS X. You will need Xcode to run the iOS tests.
