Appium inspector not working on real device

When I press appium inspector button, it install the .ipa, but then, the log is just like that above, it keeps repeating untill show a message: Could not launch appium inspector. Could not start a new session. Appium log didnt help cause it only shows same thing

Appium version: 1.5.2 (Ara)
Mac OSX: 10.11.5
Device: Iphone 5s (latest iOS)

try appium doctor first , to verify all is working fine. and make sure the the Uid of device is Correct.

Pls look here it seems that there is an issue with the gui app
